La cryptographie du serveur NMS-Revolution n'est qu'une évolution mineure de la cryptographie utilisée dans le protocole 1.60. Les clés de masquage changent et l'algorithme a été corrigé (principalement le gros bug du modulo a enfin disparu) et complexifié légèrement.

Cette version est une variante qui parcourt efficacement cette fois le tableau de 1024 octets et ne se limite pas aux deux premiers comme dans l'algorithme précédent.
